I've tried all the productivity tips and tricks.
Yes, all the frameworks and systems. I even had a good run at Inbox Zero for a while. But then, as always, life gets in the way, I got behind and didn't have the discipline (or focus) to start over.
But when I stopped, the problems cropped up again.
A change to soccer practice here. A school event there. It started to add up.
And when I tried to make a point to read all the emails from school, sports, business, and, well, life in general, I just didn't have the time.
Every email seemed like it was 1000 words longer than it had to be.
Then it dawned on me. What if I use AI to help extract the important info and give me the "TL;DR" (too-long; didn't read) version of these wordy emails?
So I tried it a few times and it actually worked better than expected. I tweaked things a few times and found something that worked.
But it was a pain to copy and paste every email. And I really didn't need yet another task to remeber to complete.
Something to help the average inbox-ignorer like myself, but also flexible enough to help professionals and business owners manage the overflowing inboxes of their teams.
Because life is too short for long emails.
