    • For an individual: enter the full email address
    • For a domain: enter “@domainname.com” (replace “domainname.com” with the actual domain)
  8. Under “Then”, select “Forward to”.
  9. Enter the forwarding email address (e.g., your Aiko address).
  10. (Optional) Check “Move to folder” and select a folder if you want to organize these emails.
  11. Click “Save” at the bottom of the page.

Managing Forwarding and Filters

  1. Go to Yahoo Mail settings (gear icon > More Settings).
  2. To manage forwarding, go to “Mailboxes” > “Forward”.
  3. To manage filters, go to “Filters” in the left sidebar.
  4. Here you can view, edit, or delete existing filters.

Tips

  • Test your filters by sending test emails to ensure they’re working correctly.
  • Regularly review your filters to keep them up-to-date.
  • Yahoo Mail may have restrictions on forwarding to prevent spam. If you encounter issues, contact Yahoo support.

All set!

You’ve now set up automated email forwarding in Yahoo Mail. While Yahoo doesn’t offer direct forwarding for specific senders or domains, you can use filters to achieve similar results. This setup will make using Aiko even easier.
