By using Aiko, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Aiko is a tool that allows users to summarize, translate, reply to, and evaluate their emails. Users share email content with us, we use a third-party AI to summarize, translate, reply to, and evaluate them, and then send the results to the user. The service is installed as an add-on to Gmail.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Aiko. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Free Trial and Subscription

We offer a 10-day free trial. After the trial, Aiko is a paid service. We offer discounts for annual subscriptions.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. For annual subscriptions, we offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations requested after 4 months of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Aiko for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Aiko service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LaBounty Labs, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LaBounty Labs, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
